1. look at your sodium intake. you could be holding fluid... also look at your calorie count, make sure it meets the recommendations of mfp or other websites that give you guidelines. 2. Have you talked to a doctor to make sure there are no medical issues... ie. thyroid? 3. change up your routine and rotate calories. 4. I…

I have made a rule and that is no eating after 7:30. We usually have dinner by 7. It has helped to make sure I cook a filler to go with dinner (broccol and cauliflower are great for that) Then if I do get a craving to eat I ask myself am I really hungry or am I just looking to munch. If I am truly hungry then I eat. Also…

My points in this discussion: 1. I log it into my exercise log, but it is never the end all total. I am always over my exercise goals. 2. I think that if people log it in and it is working for them, that is ALL that matters. 3. My kids and husband help me clean, doesn't mean there isnt still alot of scrub in the matter. 4.…

I work full time, go to the gym 3 - 4 times a week and supplement my workouts in other ways... my job is mostly sedentary so when I clean my house... (thoroughly) which is every other week, I count it. I have friends that are at home moms and they count that in their normal everyday activity. I truly think this is a…

changing up your routine helps... look at your protein and make sure you are getting enough. More water less sodium.... My plateaus only last a week or two... but they are frustrating!

157.6! I hope I broke this plateau! I too have stopped eating after 7:30. We usually eat late, because I like my kids to have outside time with the weather turning nice, but I make it a point to have dinner ready by 7 and I don't snack before hand.

alot of times, I will cook my chicken ahead of time and freeze it, so any recipe becomes quick and easy. I will dry saute it with vegetables and put it in a tortilla or mix it in with rice... or spinach salad.. make low fat quesadillas with it. but try chicken with dijon mustard spread on top, add a spoonful of salsa on…

I am changing my daily totals to try to keep from these plateaus. I have upped my weight in my circuit training and increased my cardio time... of course with nice weather also brings more chance for outdoor activities and yardwork which is an added bonus to caloric output!!! Might up my weekly output goal, we will see.

I think you might want to change up your numbers on your diet... you seem to be heavy on sugars and fat several times a week... look for proteins in a different manner that does not include fat... at this point in the weight loss game... there isnt much room for cheat meals.. avoid fried foods... fast food type things.. in…
