mickle, I am sure we all have nicknames that other people call us. I remembered one gym I belonged to that some other people from work went to... we had nicknames for everyone, and we didnt have to ask who we were talking about.

174.2!!! Down 1.6 from my weekend! yay!

I did well.... Plenty of exercise... Power walk with my dog in the am... Vigorous cleaning after that and tennis with my family later. Stuck within my caloric goals and my downfall was water... didnt have enough, but I was close.

Stayed with in my calories and exceeded my caloric output! Water not quick enough I don't think.

Wine is my weakness... just incorporate it into my calories.. try to be cognizant of how much so I dont lose out on the healthy calories.

I made thin cut boneless porkchops marinated in orange juice and a little low sodium teriyaki and crushed garlic and topped it in the container with mango. When I was ready to grill it, I cook the mango too and eat it together. It is a entree and only has about 175 calories.
