  • I agree with T1mH. Enjoy those weeks of more loss because there will be those other weeks that you start questioning yourself.
  • I still struggle with water, buy my dietician told me if was okay to add things like crystal lite or MIO to my water. I have been using a generic O calorie water enhancer, and I must say I have done better and increased my water consumption. Not where it needs to be, but a lot better.:tongue:

  • I use tp watch it, but don't much any more. It's like any of the "reality" shows. They are not always real and often edited so much you loose the "real" factor if there is one.
