Post christmas bloat!

Hi guys,

Just wondered if any one had any tips for generally feeling a bit leaner and less bloated in a short amount of time? I have an important event in 10 days time and I still feel all bloated from Christmas. I haven't put on much weight but I always notice my puffiness in pictures over the Christmas season. I know I probably won't shift much weight in 10 days, but I'd love to feel healthier and look slightly better in photos.
I'm currently jumping somewhere between 144 and 147lbs (my scales are really annoying). I usually start to feel comfortable around 140.
