They recommend atleast 20 grams a day...fiber one bars are yummy...and adding fruit and veggies in somewhere will help you hit the goals! I'm working on this myself...it's rough stuff!

Fiber and LOT's of water...more than your 8 glasses a day . Just read an article about this. Constipation is not normal...regularity is and it's due to lack of fiber and water to help move ith through.

Muscles are a good thing when it comes to overall calorie burn...and doing those videos will definitely cause them to be more "cut" not necessarily big. My only suggestion would be to throw in a rotation of yoga and pilates as the instructors seem to say that the moves "lengthen and stretch the muscles" for that lean…

All Jillian videos are great! My fave is the NMTZ-mostly strength and works your body OUT!!!! BFBM - is mostly cardio and kills me!(in a good way) If I were you..I'd just get the whole collection!!

Agreeing with the Leslie Sansone's! Very doable with little space and will get some decent cardio in! Push ups, crunches from all angles, and lunges will cover most of the body!
