I was just googling it and it says to only use CEYLON cinnamon because it's healthier for you than the cheaper stuff called cassia cinnamon .... Cassia cinnamon thins the blood and can cause cancer.. if taken too much. If you're using cassia cinnamon use less than a 1tsp a day. I'm trying this cinnamon honey thing…

Sad......FDA really needs to test a lot products out here in the market. ALSO DON'T USE THE DIET PILL THAT KIM KARDASHIAN PROMOTES!!!!!!! Disgusting flavor, nasty purple color, the pill has this shimmer to it like makeup... I felt terrible after taking just one of them.

Distract yourself and walk away when you find yourself in front of something super unhealthy... you can still eat the things you love but just in small amounts and balance the unhealthy food off with a healthy items. When you're feeling a craving coming on play a game or drink water or walk outside...have a conversation...?

Losing weight is about patience. Don't get frustrated with yourself if you don't see results in a day, a few days, or a week. I think for some people it usually takes about a month before you see results in the mirror really.
