I'm just nearly 5'4" started off at 155, currently 127. Looking to get to 120 eventually. I got down to 125 before the holidays, but after race training and all that good holiday grub I put on a few lbs. My weight loss seems to have stabilized over the last couple of months. Hoping this will be my year!

my cheats are usually when I'm on vacation, or it's a holiday (like a birthday or baby shower.. where I'll get a slice of cake and have whatever is around) Other than that I'll have things that I know are bad for me (like pizza, fries) but I'll keep them within my calories.

I agree with couch to 5k. It eases you into the plan. I would also recommend working on your breathing. I found that when I first started running that I'd get side cramps from breathing too hard and fast. Now that I've slowed my breathing I find it much easier to push on. The first mile is always the worst, but then you…

I love doctor who. David Tennant's my favorite. Doctor Donna is probably my favorite companion, she was the funniest anyway. I'd like to see them do something in the future with the parallel worlds and bring him back at some point later in his timeline. Matt Smith and Amy are second favorites. I met them this year at comic…

I didn't like her initially, but the concept of her getting younger and the doctor getting older is just mind-blowing at times. Amazing writing, and I think she pulls it off great.

???? *truly puzzled, and not in a funny doctor who fashion*

I wear my glasses (prescription,) but I was just wondering what the benefit to wearing non-prescription eyewear at night.

Hey everyone! I'm training for a half-marathon in January. I'm determined to run the entire thing, training 5 days a week. I'm in week two of twelve. I'm more concerned with burning fat and getting tone at this point, but would like to lose the last 5-7 lbs by the end of the year. I'm 5'4" 126 lbs. I'd like to work on what…

You look amazing!!! I can totally empathize about those last couple of pounds. They are a killer!! You have so much to be proud of though. If you didn't lose another pound, you'd still be stunning. Great job!

I'm a couponer. I get the sunday paper, and print online coupons.. but to be honest. You only need so much stuff. I keep about a year's worth of shampoo, about six tubes of toothpaste in my stockpile cupboard, etc. I find coupons for healthy products, such as produce, milk, and meats are usually very rare. To get the best…
