    I joined a couple of weeks ago, so am new to this website. I needed new motivation and this is it.

    Thanks to all those on this site who post messages to help others in the same boat with inspiring stories or hope.

    Okay I have heaps to loose, over 90lbs, but at least I've started. Thanks again.

    This is really inspirational to me. I am right around 5'6" and started at 210. i also would like to get down to 150 . right now i am at 185 and still going strong. You can add me if you would luck. you look great!
