yes, i am stressed,lack of sleep 6hrs my calories are only at 1300 i drink alot of coffeee and chew gum i even gave up alcohol for thirty days and kept my calories the same and my weight did not change. i still workout

thanks I just have to get into a different mind set! this is much better than WW but a different way to think of it and confusing with BMR, TDEE and net calories

I am struggling with the same thing lost a lot of weight on WW but it has stopped! I am training for a half marathon and work out every day! I am having trouble with the amount of calories it says I need, bc on WW I was only eating 1200 calories and not eating exercise calories
