About 115-116lb, although that doesn't take into consideration the muscle I want to build.

I don't truly have a caloric goal. Sometimes I count the calories but I find it's something that I cannot keep up with on the long run.

Harder Better Faster Stronger by Daft Punk (I sort of mouth the words while I'm running and it helps me to go faster and harder!)

I sometimes bake flour-less chocolate cake. It's so sugary but gosh, it's so yummy. I also love nutella on white bread. I think treats should be allowed. I know if I didn't have my little taste of desert most evening I would go crazy and sort of binge on junk food.

I eat veggies, fruits, meats (mostly chicken and sometimes red meat), mushrooms, seeds... Not so much processed stuff. I think I feel like this when I'm especially stressed or unhappy. I went and busied myself with some physical exercise. Seems to have helped!
