Oh, I'm in on this one!

Good for you wanting to be all sexy! My cousins wife works at Hooters, she's a size 8. But keep in mind she's 5' 11". If your on the shorter side - I'd say size 4-6?

I am 5'4" - I want to be strong! (not just thin or toned) So..135 is my goal right now. But really, it's all about how you look in the mirror and not the number on the scale :)

Sounds like a heathly way to go (without the burnout) is cardio 1-2 days a week in the morning or a yoga class 1-2 days a week.

Thanks ~ It's always great to hear what everyone is up to. Some of the morning classes are Yoga - which may just be a great start to the day!

Amazing! Great job!

Agreed! Classes are one of the only ways I keep myself accountable. Plus the trainers work me out alot harder than I would on my own.

Monday thru Friday 5:30-6:30pm (this works best for our family) My husband goes to the gym from 4:30-5:30pm 5 days a week. Luckily the YMCA has child watch so the kiddos get to play for 2 hours a day :) Saturday I do Zumba for an hour and Sunday is the day of rest (in exercise that is).

Wow, so many tall ladies out there!

Wow - I'm really impressed! I keep seeing all these great body's (like yours) and it's hard to believe that - yes! I can look like that too. Although, I’m not fully convinced yet :) Great job!!

Thank you ~ I'm in Spokane too. I have found that the YMCA is the best place to go - the classes really help me to stay in the grove of going everyday :)
