Do something different! get up and move... make a drink of something you can have.. a cup of tea or something, read a book, phone a friend. I tell myself I WANT something but I dont NEED it :)

Yeah I am vegetarian and find protein a tricky thing to have lots of! I do eat fish however and have salmon around 2 times a week..! tuna also at least once a week whether it be for lunch or dinner. I am hitting my 1200 calorie goals with some to spare..! I agree with the fruit tho but I guess I find snacks hard as I dont…
