When I did it, i just did it everyday in the morning and then a workout at night. I took rest days as I felt needed or I would go back and do an earlier weeks day instead. I just did the fit test too. Day 1 tomorrow. I'm at 156lbs right now, trying to get to wherever feels right so not sure yet, aiming for 140 right now. My results were Switch jacks: 54 Power jacks: 43 Power knees: 67 Globe jumps: 7 Suicide jumps: 15 Push-up jacks: 18 Low plank obliques: 35

My day goes typically like this. 5am start - eat breakfast and coffee -30 minute run -work -tidy up/clean -workout - strength training/p90x or some form of circuit training -cook -clean up -shower -whatever i can fit in before i sleep

If you just do a few google searches you'll find many things which show you how to use your own body weight and get great strength workouts, which should help. But if you've lost a lot of weight i'm not sure if you can get rid of all of the loose skin but i'm not sure on that one.
