60 minutes on the elliptical. Was supposed to do some mat work but the dishes needed to be done, the kids needed to read their books before bedtime, had to get them into bed, etc, etc. Was grateful that the cone of silence lasted long enough to get the elliptical work out in though! :happy:

I agree with easing into the increased fiber...
