    today was a Rest Day so I did Yoga and walked 3 miles (it is impossible for me to sit still)

    15 min on the stair stepper to warm up & then 60 min of strength training with my trainer doing abs & lower body. Hurts so good! :)

    50 minutes of walking moderate pace + 15 minutes of cleaning+45 minutes of Walk off the Pounds (3 mile)

    I did 50 situps, 75 pushups, 85 squats, and then danced for 15 minutes for the hell of it.

    I think that's enough for today!

    Today is cardio, will be doing 30-40 min on the elliptical.......while watching American Idol.......:)

    90 minute 4.5 mph walk around my business park to burn 900+ kcals. So scenic!

    60 minutes on the elliptical. Was supposed to do some mat work but the dishes needed to be done, the kids needed to read their books before bedtime, had to get them into bed, etc, etc.

    Was grateful that the cone of silence lasted long enough to get the elliptical work out in though! :happy:
  • 40 Minutes on AMT (similar to an an eliptical but a bit harder), 20 on the Stairmaster and 20 weight training...ugh! Glad its done! :)

    Gym - 2 hours. Legs and Chest + a 30 minute jog / incline walk.

    I did 36 mins on the elliptical today.

    (Usually do anyway here from 35-60 mins on cardio)

    I actually read 45 min is optimal.

    Total 55 minutes today which included Chalean Extreme Burn It Off , Ab Intervals, then a 1 mile jog.
  • 80 min ride on the mountain bike, got so muddy i had to stop and peel huge chucks of mud off the wheels as it was so bad the wheels stopped turning :D

    checked when i got home it took 11min for a mile on a bike to do the muddy part hah :D

    30 minute jog on the treadmill and the Insanity DVD - today's DVD is Plyometric Cardio Circuit because I took yesterday as my rest day instead of today. :)

    Today I plan on doing:
    10 min warm up jog @ 5miles/hr with incline 2
    20 min weights whole body
    60 min boxing session and guess what hubby said he would like to come with me!!!:noway: I am so excited, happy and even more excited if there is such a thing
    15 min sauna
    15 min Jacuzzi

    I plan on eating the same way, hope you all have a great day too :drinker: to our health!!

    What I did yesterday, Wednesday:
    20 min warm up jog @ 3.5 miles/hr with incline 2
    30 min weights whole body
    15 min sauna

    I burned 225 cals and ate 2150 cals for the day, I walked in the the class and just didn't have the energy or the drive to stay. I am happy with yesterdays report :happy:

    Today I did:
    15 min warm up jog @ 4 miles/hr with incline 2
    50 min weights upper body
    20 min aerobics with 10 lbs free weights
    15 min sauna
    I burned 480 cals and I plan on eating 2200 cals today, we will see how I do :flowerforyou:
