    I didn't go to the gym today, but I walked home for about 20 minutes, burned only 95 calories but that's better than nothing!

    Went to the gym at lunch and did 30 mins of weight training, 3 mins per machine X10 machines. then tonight I did a yoga class..I think yoga took more out of me than weight lifting.

    Biked to and from work for a total of 24 minutes and then a 45 minute walk with my dog.

    I did the cardio portion (first 20 minutes) of Ramp it Up from the Slim in 6 series, then the last 6 minutes from Start it Up, and finally 15 minutes of stretching :) Just getting back in to working out so don't judge me :P

    Shoulders and abs. Then 2 minutes of skipping, 90 seconds of abs set x9. (3 sets of stability ball crunches, 3 sets of reverse crunches, 3 sets of slow bicycle)

    Today was 35 minutes heavy lifting then 45 minute spin class.

    Probably only 30 min of light calesthenics done in my office, if anything, for today. Have a birthday dinner right after work, then have to pack for vacation. Leaving early tomorrow a.m. Should get a little hiking in tomorrow as we are doing a some geocaching on our way to the cabin.

    Sumo deadlifts (7 sets of 5) - 125lbs
    After each set of lifts, 1 minute on landmine twists (10lbs plate on 35lbs bar)

    Then for time:
    Row 1000 meters
    Immediately followed by wallballs (10lbs) and knees to elbows (on pull up cage) with the following rep scheme
    20-16-12-8-4

    13min 27sec

    (Oh, and I biked a mile each way to the gym and a mile walk to work if that counts!)

    Cleaned house for 2 hours.
