I did a 60 minute cycle class this morning, this was my first one that I have ever done. If it stops raining I may go for a run later0

I did 45 mins on the stair climber thing at the gym. First time using that machine, but I'm going to use it much more often now - it burns so many calories!0

C25K Week 1 - 3rd time (ready for week 2)
30 Day Shred Day 7 - been getting bored with the conversation so have it playing on a dvd and watching TV (still sweating like crazy)
Shopping 5 - 2.5 hours charged 52 minutes 2.0 walking 150 calories
Walk dog 30 minutes
Jumping 10 minutes
Aerobic step 10 minutes
Stepper 5 minutes
Gardening 40 minutes0 -

Asylum - "Strength" - also did the "alternative" dumbbell back circuit in addition to the chin up circuit. Max HR 172 bpm, 800 calories burned. Not bad for a weight routine!0
