I walked for 65 minutes at a 4.0mph pace.0

I went biking at a slow/moderate pace for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Gorgeous day!0

6 w 6 p w 2 + k b & t level 3. Second time around. Sore but not as sore as expected and in unexpected places. I go In to " I want to puke mode " in the end of the second set of 6 w 6 p but then I get into the second breathing when I start the warm up of K b & t. Ill keep this combo up til I get bored.0

Tuesday I walked 3.5 miles
Today was Bob Harper Strength for 1 hr.0 -
So apparently I am the only person exercising...interesting!
35 mins on the elliptical plus an added 20 min bonus of the horizontal mamba.0 -
15mins plyometrics p90x (didnt have strength for anymore and my knee is aching!) about to do 30DS level 2 after a few days break! Need to burn 200cal after my chilli and rice treat!0

Treadmill with various inclines ranging from .5 to 10 and speeds ranging from 4 to 5.2 mph. Just tring to keep the body guessin. Time - 60 min.0

My excercise for the day was P90X Cardio X. It was superb. I am giving my legs another 2 days of rest. I pulled the tendon on the inside of my left knee doing Plyo on tuesday and it is starting to feel better but giving it a couple more days to be safe.0

Physique 57 Volume 1: 55 minute workout and felt absolutely great afterward. I tried to practice a bit of bhangra dance right after, didn't quite have the energy/endurance for it. I ate dinner shortly after, and am feeling a bit more re-charged. Maybe I'll get my practice in before I go to sleep :-)0
