Away from home, and away from my gym. So today was body weight exercises only. Better than nothing
push up: 25 x 4
crunch: 25
leg crunch: 25
plank: 45 sec
side planks: 45 sec each
bodyweight squats: 25 x 40 -
I love this thread, this way I can hold myself accountable to it, and today I am feeling pretty tiered and lazy, but I still have to get it done:
Tuesday:
30 min treadmill, max speed 4, max incline 2.
60 min Zumba class.
45 min stationary Bike max tension 5, max speed 90 revolutions.
20 min sauna.
for my food my goal is at least 2600 cals for today, I am feeling hungrier these days. Please remember I am no longer trying to lose weight just tone up and maintain.0 -
45 minutes on eliptical machine and a mile walk (13 minutes or so).0

Need to do some P90x plyo/cardio x then tonight 30 day shred possibly.0

burned 1014 cals and eat 2300 cals, so off by a bit.

45 min stationary bike
25 min calisthenics
20 min sauna
60 walk while grocery shopping
I plan on eating at least the 2600 cals, I will be sure to eat throughout the day to support my body nutritionally.0 -

I only have a treadmill. Reeeeally want a stationary bike! so I'll be doing an hour (at least) on the treadmill and then a few sets of squats and a little bit of weight lifting after work tonight.0

Today was 20min kickboxing, 20min ballet, 20min pilates good day! But does anyone else feel like they should exercise MORE as soon as they stop? That's my problem...I'm totally motivated but no matter how much I exercise, I feel like I should do more!0

Did it all of it! and eat 2500 cals, spoke with a trainer and found out I am over training with cardio.
Decided I will slow it down.
Today I did 45 weights (legs and abdomen) with that trainer and then rest for the day. I plan on eating 2200 cals0 -
i did elliptical for 20 mins 2day m a beginner so trying to do 20 min 4 x a week0

Felt like crap today - sinus infection - so I couldn't face my scheduled workout! Just went to the gym and did 45 minutes on the treadmill 4mph incline 10 and did my arms for 15 minutes on the aqua cycle! Feel good about staying on track and doing something!0

Spin class today, ran yesterday (farthest run yet for me, half hour, no walking! Not much to experienced runners, but so exciting to me), tomorrow I'll run again, then take a yoga class (or vice versa if the kids let me sleep in...).0

Mine was 40 min of Insanity and 30 min jogging outside!!! And also played some Wii Dance 3 but I didn't log the dancing :-)0

Did 30 minutes on my nordic track ski machine and burnt 307 calories, might do a bit of walking to the shops and back with my friends later but i'm pretty much done for the day now.0

43 minute run/walk at the beach! It was beautiful Chilly, but beautiful. Running on sand is quite different though
Visiting in-laws, beach runs are a huge perk (rather than city parks or sidewalks).
My HRM said I burned 475 calories.0 -

Today is the first day back from visiting family on the east coast. Per the schedule I have squats, bench press, and deadlifts today. Will be interesting to see how much strength I lost. As an added complication, I seem to have picked up a bit of a head cold. I have missed my weight room far too much to skip out though, so I will most certainly be in there later.0
