Fast 3 miles (25:02) and 15 minute abs0

Going to hit the road on my bike again very soon. Minimum of 20km, hoping for like 50 but depends on the weather, husband and some other factors out of my control0

Today I "will" be doing a 15 minute ab workout, followed by 30-40 minutes on the treadmill0

JM Ripped in 30 and a 20 minute walk. Was going to run this morning, but it was pouring.0

Plugged in my biggest loser 2 the workout video and did 25 mins. plus 20 mins. of slow pace walking0

Today started with 50 minutes of spin class. Followed with an hour and 30 minutes of weights. Finished with 20 minutes of abs and a cool down bike ride. I really didn't want to leave the gym today.0

Cheese and rice! You guys do a lot more working out than I do.
Ok, it seems that way. I burn about 225 cals hula hooping for 30 min, so that's not bad.
It just feels so LOW IMPACT, because I barely sweat and I can talk the whole time. But when I'm done I can really feel it in my core the next day.
And it kinda gives me the spaghetti legs. You know, where you feel all wobbly and you try and act natural walking around and sitting down after, but you feel like you look drunk? It wears off after a few minutes, but most workouts leave me like that.

75 minutes of Circuit Training with weights then a 2 mile run on the "dreadmill"0

I didn't go to the gym today, but I walked home for about 20 minutes, burned only 95 calories but that's better than nothing!0

Went to the gym at lunch and did 30 mins of weight training, 3 mins per machine X10 machines. then tonight I did a yoga class..I think yoga took more out of me than weight lifting.0

Biked to and from work for a total of 24 minutes and then a 45 minute walk with my dog.0

I did the cardio portion (first 20 minutes) of Ramp it Up from the Slim in 6 series, then the last 6 minutes from Start it Up, and finally 15 minutes of stretching Just getting back in to working out so don't judge me :P0

Shoulders and abs. Then 2 minutes of skipping, 90 seconds of abs set x9. (3 sets of stability ball crunches, 3 sets of reverse crunches, 3 sets of slow bicycle)0

Probably only 30 min of light calesthenics done in my office, if anything, for today. Have a birthday dinner right after work, then have to pack for vacation. Leaving early tomorrow a.m. Should get a little hiking in tomorrow as we are doing a some geocaching on our way to the cabin.0

Sumo deadlifts (7 sets of 5) - 125lbs
After each set of lifts, 1 minute on landmine twists (10lbs plate on 35lbs bar)
Then for time:
Row 1000 meters
Immediately followed by wallballs (10lbs) and knees to elbows (on pull up cage) with the following rep scheme
20-16-12-8-4

(Oh, and I biked a mile each way to the gym and a mile walk to work if that counts!)0 -

2 mile warm up, followed by 15 x 300 meter hills at around 57 seconds per hill followed by 2 mile cool down.0

30 min eliptical and then a mile or so of sprints/walking.0
