    I did a 60 minute cycle class this morning, this was my first one that I have ever done. If it stops raining I may go for a run later

    I did 45 mins on the stair climber thing at the gym. First time using that machine, but I'm going to use it much more often now - it burns so many calories!

    In total 85mins--Killed my turkey dinner calories:)

    Busy day with a lot of variety:

    C25K Week 1 - 3rd time (ready for week 2)
    30 Day Shred Day 7 - been getting bored with the conversation so have it playing on a dvd and watching TV (still sweating like crazy)
    Shopping 5 - 2.5 hours charged 52 minutes 2.0 walking 150 calories
    Walk dog 30 minutes
    Jumping 10 minutes
    Aerobic step 10 minutes
    Stepper 5 minutes
    Gardening 40 minutes
  • LS Punch up your walk, 2 miles, 30 minutes

    Asylum - "Strength" - also did the "alternative" dumbbell back circuit in addition to the chin up circuit. Max HR 172 bpm, 800 calories burned. Not bad for a weight routine!

    Do you like that? I love Chalene- she is so positive and inspiring to me. I am also a big fan of Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire...so is this something I could enjoy?

  • Today is Cardio!! Elliptical for 50 minutes, Stairmaster for 20. I usually end with a good 10-20 minutes stretch.

    I will end up walking about 35 min today in three parts, 10, 10, and 15, moderate pace, around campus (I'm in college and I work part time here).

    I also plan on hula hooping when I get home for at least 15 min, 30 if I have time, but tonight I work late. I like to do that while watching tv. :smile:

    did a 4.5 mph at incline on the treadmill for 45 min and then did a challenge 30 squats, 30 pushups, 30 situps.
  • Just tossed in my Biggest Loser and completed the whole video.

    1 hour lunchtime cycle... (661 Kcal burned!), pre-Personal Fitness Plan - PTI led compulsory physical training session 9 minute X-Train on elliptial - 100kCal and then the actual session... 56 minutes treadmill run - burned 771kCal! Boom!

    Oh and decorating the mess with Christmas decs and tidying out my closet! Phew!
