60 minutes on the elliptical. 75 kettlebell swings (3 sets of 25), 30 kettlebell squats (3 sets of 10) and two 20 second planks.0

Today I'm walking to and from work. It's a little over 4km each way and the ice and snow is going to make it a nice challenge lol. It feels good to get out and moving though.0

Turbo Fire 45 Class - 45 minutes = 506 calories burned0

5 mile walk away the pounds video = 549 calories0

40 minutes of intervals on the eliptical and a mile walk.0

6km very brisk dog walk then a 10.36Km run in gale force head and cross winds (depending where on the route I was!) and driving rain!0

20 min of Zumba and a 22min - 2.5 mile run on the eliptical0

I had rugby practice today. A whole two hours of it :frown:
But it burned so many calories! :happy:0 -
Mine was 60 minutes on the wicked Stairmaster and 12 minutes of very fast ab work!0

Do that seven times for one round.
Do 5 rounds total working up to your max.

So far...45 minute walk, 45 minutes on elliptical, 45 minute exercise bike, and day five level two 30 day shred. Plan to ride the exercise bike again later while I watch a movie.0

Today I did 40 minutes on the elliptical. Just getting back into the gym so I am going to be doing a lot of cardio for the next two weeks to build my stamina.0

My day ended with a VERY brisk powerwalk 45 minutes, think I might be ready to start jogging soon :O)0

Cardio Kickboxing tonight, followed by body conditioning. I need to leave the office in an hour to do it!0

I did a 30 minute work out at planet fitness- where you alternate weights and stepping.
Then my friend and I did four fitness classes where we did weights for legs/arms/abs/back, so that we could learn how to use the machines and what to do. (We're new to this whole gym tonight!)
And then we did about 20 minutes on the stationary bike.0 -
