Just finished insanity pure cardio. 550 calories in 38 minutes.

    :noway: That's insane!

I was going to do 20 minute Turbo Jam and Ab Jam, but I spent so much time looking for pants that fit that I only had time for the 20 min TJ. Yesterday I spent half my workout pulling my pants up!

today is a tuesday and tuesdays and thrusdays hubby gets home from college with enough time to change and watch the boys while i take the dog for a quick walk. then he is off to wrestling practice (coach). a toddler a infant and a new puppy does not equall a enjoyable longer walk earlier in the day taking them all by myself. allthough i did have to go to music class and load them into the car four times today that is a workout in its self.
  • A 200km Randonnee.

MFP wants to credit me with 6710kcals - but that just doesn't seem reasonable. Experience suggests I burn about 400kcals/hour when cycling, which comes out at a more sensible 3800kcals (I was cycling at a 22km/hr average for nine and a half hours).

    A 200km Randonnee.

    Spooky. Me too.

  • OK, I will play. Reading what you guys do gets me motivated.

Today I did 500 cals of cardio - fast pace walk on the treadmill at high angle.
Leg presses superset with seated shoulder press
Calf raises superset with rear delt machine
Leg curls superset with seated military press machine (run out of imagination and time on this one)

I do four sets of 12/10/8/8 reps for each exercise. I guess, my greatest achievement this workout was 8 reps of 900lbs on the leg press.

I know I haven't posted for a while, went on a three day vaca and did a lot of walking. Came back on Monday :)
    Yesterday I did:

10 min warm up jog @ 5miles/hr with incline 2
40 min lower body weights, upped all my weights and reps
    20 min aerobics with stretching
    15 min sauna
I burned 450 cals and ate just under 2500 cals, so a very good day :flowerforyou:

    Today I plan on doing:
10 min warm up jog @ 5miles/hr with incline 2
    20 min weights whole body
60 min boxing session and guess what hubby said he would like to come with me!!!:noway: I am so excited, happy and even more excited if there is such a thing
    15 min sauna
    15 min Jacuzzi

I plan on eating the same way, hope you all have a great day too :drinker: to our health!!
