    Away from home, and away from my gym. So today was body weight exercises only. Better than nothing :)

    push up: 25 x 4
    crunch: 25
    leg crunch: 25
    plank: 45 sec
    side planks: 45 sec each
    bodyweight squats: 25 x 4

    I love this thread, this way I can hold myself accountable to it, and today I am feeling pretty tiered and lazy, but I still have to get it done:

    Tuesday:
    30 min treadmill, max speed 4, max incline 2.
    60 min Zumba class.
    45 min stationary Bike max tension 5, max speed 90 revolutions.
    20 min sauna.

    for my food my goal is at least 2600 cals for today, I am feeling hungrier these days. Please remember I am no longer trying to lose weight just tone up and maintain.

    45 minutes on eliptical machine and a mile walk (13 minutes or so).

    didn't do the whole thing, improvised due to time:
    60 min Zumba class.

    burned 1014 cals and eat 2300 cals, so off by a bit.

    Wednesday:
    40 min upper body weights
    45 min stationary bike
    25 min calisthenics
    20 min sauna
    60 walk while grocery shopping

    I plan on eating at least the 2600 cals, I will be sure to eat throughout the day to support my body nutritionally.

    Yesterday was 45 min on the elliptical.

    Today - circuit training and 1 mile jog

    I only have a treadmill. Reeeeally want a stationary bike! so I'll be doing an hour (at least) on the treadmill and then a few sets of squats and a little bit of weight lifting after work tonight.

    Today was 20min kickboxing, 20min ballet, 20min pilates :) good day! But does anyone else feel like they should exercise MORE as soon as they stop? That's my problem...I'm totally motivated but no matter how much I exercise, I feel like I should do more!

    Did it all of it! and eat 2500 cals, spoke with a trainer and found out I am over training with cardio.
    Decided I will slow it down.

    Today I did 45 weights (legs and abdomen) with that trainer and then rest for the day. I plan on eating 2200 cals

    Zumba Ripped DVD (Toning with 5lb weights & Sentao) = 60 minutes
    Turbo Fire HIIT 15 = 15 minutes

  • Spin 30 minutes
    Leg Resistance traning: 400 lunges, 125 squats, and 125 deadlifts.
    Tonigh I teach Zumba for 60 minutes :) (not really exercise to me)

    Felt like crap today - sinus infection - so I couldn't face my scheduled workout! Just went to the gym and did 45 minutes on the treadmill 4mph incline 10 and did my arms for 15 minutes on the aqua cycle! Feel good about staying on track and doing something!
