Spin class today, ran yesterday (farthest run yet for me, half hour, no walking! Not much to experienced runners, but so exciting to me), tomorrow I'll run again, then take a yoga class (or vice versa if the kids let me sleep in...).0

Mine was 40 min of Insanity and 30 min jogging outside!!! And also played some Wii Dance 3 but I didn't log the dancing :-)0

Did 30 minutes on my nordic track ski machine and burnt 307 calories, might do a bit of walking to the shops and back with my friends later but i'm pretty much done for the day now.0

43 minute run/walk at the beach! It was beautiful Chilly, but beautiful. Running on sand is quite different though
Visiting in-laws, beach runs are a huge perk (rather than city parks or sidewalks).

Today is the first day back from visiting family on the east coast. Per the schedule I have squats, bench press, and deadlifts today. Will be interesting to see how much strength I lost. As an added complication, I seem to have picked up a bit of a head cold. I have missed my weight room far too much to skip out though, so I will most certainly be in there later.0

60 minutes on the elliptical. 75 kettlebell swings (3 sets of 25), 30 kettlebell squats (3 sets of 10) and two 20 second planks.0

Today I'm walking to and from work. It's a little over 4km each way and the ice and snow is going to make it a nice challenge lol. It feels good to get out and moving though.0

Mine was 60 minutes on the wicked Stairmaster and 12 minutes of very fast ab work!0
