    I LOVE THIS THREAD!

    I'll do 60 mins on the elliptical in front of a MSNBC show then prance around the weight room drooling at hot men for a few mins.
    Then I'll do about 30 mins of combination muscle group free weight exercises- focusing on core and arms. Like burpies, tricep kick backs, lateral lounges w/ a shoulder press, etc.

    My highlight of the gym are all the hot men and that's pretty much the only reason I lift lol. :love:

    would prefer to run but suffering from shin splints right now...

    Today is my small group training class - strenght 101: chest and back for half hour and then body by boxing for the other half hour.

    Tonight I hit the gym with my beautiful fiancee for a back and bicep workout.

    Walking around campus to my classes (lame I know, but I'm pretty proud that I never take the bus anymore)

    and physical therapy for my shoulder (weight training and arm bike)

    I'll probably burn around 200-300 cal, not very impressive
