I heard week 4 was the "mother of all workouts", but I previewed it today, and it doesn't "look" as bad, but we'll see what my knees think on Monday!
Today I did the full 10 Minute Solution ballet/kickboxing/pilates/boot camp/yoga, which I hadn't done in years and wanted to see how it was now. Burn sucked, so I added Minna Lessig's Emergency Workout cardio portion, another I hadn't done in years, and only burned 168 cals in 30 mins! Total burn for 79 mins was 430. They'll be going in my Relay for Life yard sale pile.0 -

Why doesn't this program credit any calories for strength training? I know I'm burning calories when my heart is racing and I'm breathing heavy. Yet it credits you for sit-ups and slow walking which don't even make me breathe heavy0

You could always log it as cardio. I log everything as cardio, because all of my workouts are done using dvd's, and I have no idea how many reps I'm doing. Plus, I want to count my burn.0 -

I know, its weird. As Rach suggested, log is as cardio. If you wear an HRM you can put in your own numbers.

1 hour boxing including shadow boxing, footwork and 5 rounds on the heavy bag. Coupled with burpies and what other evil moves my trainer can devise during the breaks between rounds. Advertised at around 1000 calories burned. Also did PT this morning for my ankles/lower body0

I am doing P90X. Today I have Coresynergistics. I love this workout. If the weather is nice when I get home from the office, I will also take my dog for a 30 min walk.0
