I walked 4ish miles this morning, did some strength training, and i'm finishing off w/ dancing, and trying to do some zumba f/m youtube0

Today just day 3 of 12 days of courage challenge. 1 minute plank, 50 jumping jacks and 3 sets of 10 push-ups.0

5 minutes cool down low resistance elliptical.
50 crunches
5 minutes yoga poses
5 minutes stretching0 -
60 minutes of zumba!0

Treadmill. 32 mins. 277 cal. 1.53 mi.
Not much, but I'm on a very low-cal diet, so I don't get to do much yet.0 -

Killer buns and thighs level 3 and 2. Skipped the warm up on level 2 so I finished at 68 min.0

Today I will make it a weights day again just to get back on track;
45 min weights focused on arms, shoulders, chest and back
15 min treadmill
40 min stationary bike
20 calisthenics
20 min sauna
I plan on eating at least 2600 cals for today as well. We will see how I do :happy:0 -
