    Today I worked out with Jackie Warner doing her Power Circuit Training. It is 40 min long and my HRM registered 353 calories burned.

    Today was my Day B for lifting. That's right--power cleans. I am enjoying the learning process though I am well aware my elbows aren't high enough. I love that folks *clear out* of my power clean ZONE after my first jump!

    Today is a rest day, so all I did was walk from the train station to work and back. Total 2.25 miles

    strength: it's my legs/glutes day, so probably a few POP pilates videos and the Nike Training Club routines for butt and legs.
