Daily Jillian Michaels DVD workout, and then Zumba 3x a week.0

Today was my Day B for lifting. That's right--power cleans. I am enjoying the learning process though I am well aware my elbows aren't high enough. I love that folks *clear out* of my power clean ZONE after my first jump!0
