When I start losing fat, the area gets very "squishy".

I'd like to address that too. I have to work out at least or almost 2 hours a day, or I don't lose. It is a fact of life.. the rest of my day is pretty sedentary, so i don't think two hours is that outrageous.

Sounds to me like your husband may feel guilty about not working on his health or fitness himself.. I wonder how it was when you met? Where you as into fitness? I have to be obsessed. If I'm not obsessed, I will lapse and eat crap. I'm glad I have a runner as a husband who is always pushing me to go further and do more. We…

Amazing!!

Yes, very, very inaccurate for me. I'm set at 1500ish and I eat that much. Sometimes less, sometimes more. I don't really eat back calories. If I do.. I gain.

You look awesome! Congrats to you! Me and my husband work out together, and its a good time to bond.
-
Me too! I want dudes to think, damn, that guy is lucky!

I saute onion and mushrooms in olive oil, and then add 2 scrambled eggs = about 250 calories.

Here is how I make it. Take about 2 tbsp butter, melt in pan, start cooking a whole chopped onion, and couple cut garlic pieces, add spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala, salt, pepper, anything else you want to add) once that is getting sauteed, add diced chicken (I usually do lamb). Cook the chicken until just about…

Ah, the gush.. The worst gush is when you get up in the morning.. ugh.
-
My husband wouldn't care if we did.. On the last few days.. sometimes yes, but the first two, especially when I have the cramps from hell.. No.
-
OMG. I thought I was THE ONLY One that suffered tampon rash!!
-
Me too. Sorry, but that's the LAST THING I feel like doing when I'm feeling like ****.
-
Maybe the logging as cleaning is really their sex activity.. LOL..
-
OMG! People made fun of you??? WHAT? I've never experienced that at a race!! I've always had major support. I did the warrior dash at 270 pounds, and I had SO many people pat me on the back, and tell me good job, keep going, you can do it, than I can count. I'm so sorry anyone laughed at you.

I almost always wear my HRM to exercise.. why? Because I burn a 1/2-2/3's less than what MFP says. I log my exercise to keep track of what I'm doing though, not to eat anything back.

Most of the time, I agree.. but once in awhile, its just horrible. I only had minor contractions with my son, and my period cramps have been worse!
-
I guess I'm not the only one!
-
Am I the only person who has had dibilitating cramps that made me want to die?? It seems to be every 3rd month or so.. but it is horrible. I envy women who have the perfect period and never have cramps..

Big difference, and your baby's room is so cute. :)
-
Wow, you look so wonderful. Congrats!!!
-
Wasn't it a blast?
-
Wow, what a change!
-
You look good!
-
Nuts!
-
I have to.. I have a 10k coming up!
-
Ok, I have GOT TO DO THIS CLASS!!

This is true.. I will say my old HRM had me burning more than my newer one did. When Polar redid their HRM's, they recalculated so that your calories burned is minus your BMR.
