its ok.. i feel your pain! sugar free jello.. sugar free fudge pops, they only have 35 calories! popcorn.. you can have 5 cups in on serving!! I like food that takes a while to eat! any kind of fruit.. strawberries, blueberries and blackberries dont have a lot of carbs or sugar, so theyre really good for you!

Hello there, I just read that book a couple of months ago.. I really believe that exercise helps, but it really is mainly about what you put in your mouth! You dont have to completely eliminate carbs.. just the bad ones ( white bread, white pasta, sugar, ect..) Eat whole grain bread, oatmeal, fruits, veggies and lean meat.…
