I've just read that after your body Burns 1000 calories over night while sleeping it will be starving for food. So they say a protein shake right when you wake up helps keep your muscles from being eaten by the body. I've read it helps to eat carbs right before working out to help you make it thru the work out.

Same Here! On one site it says I'm a 27% body fat while Fat2Fit says I'm at a 21%. Which do I believe? Also on fat2fit it says I should be eating 3000 calories a day while another says 1700. I'm confused

IMO the best tasting protein shake has to be the Syntha-6 Chocolate flavor. Its just like having chocolate milk.

You're one of the luck few ones. I was told to shave my arms to show more muscle definition and it did work but I'm still contemplating on my chest.
