Wow thanks for all the great responses! As for the question above of what causes me to binge eat. I think nerves and anxiousness. I've never been depressed but sometimes it get nervous or anxious and I stuff my face.

I tried it for the first day yesterday and I actually felt more energy. I don't know if it was just a placebo effect. But i felt great and was full thru the whole day.

I've have seen people saying eating high fats have helped them to regain shinyness to their hair and help them to improve hormones and other benefits. I think I'll try it for 3 weeks to see where it takes me.

Thanks to everyone who responded. When I first began I cut out sugar and flour. I was drinking tea without sugar, gave up the stupid sodas. I have been off on my protein as I've been trying to get it from natural sources. im 27 yrs old 5'8 190 pounds. I dont have a full t o me job as i work for myself so i msybe work 3 days out of the week detsiling cars right now. I workout 4 times a week including cardio.

The burritos are fried like those you find at any deli inside walmart. I looked at the frozen burrito info on the El Monterrey frozen burrito package and it shows 11g fat and 250 calories if its microwaved. Should I use that info.
