I really haven't lost any weight in the last 6 months. I started at 270 and I got down to 200. I would fluctuate from 200 to 208 until 2 months ago I got down to 190. Now im fluctuating from 190 to 200. I can't seem to get below 190! I've tried low carb for a few weeksthen I llowered my calories. I dont know what else to do.

I've personally given advice, and I've seen a few friends have too given similar advice.. Yet you ignore it.. Sorry, not much else anyone can do.0

I'll once again state a few things;
Have you truly looked at your diary, and seen how you eat? I've noticed you
- Almost eat over your daily Carb allowance every day.
- You never meet your protein goals, you perhaps on some days even only get 50g of protein in the whole day.
- You did good and listened to others advice to increase your daily allowance, however you don't really meet this amount in any case..
- You miss days completely (in terms of logging) so it's impossible to know whether you over-ate/binged or ate absolutely nothing..
I'll ask for your body stats and attempt at my last time to help you.. I need your age, weight, height and daily/weekly activity levels. This way I can give an estimate of what you're actually meant to be eating on a daily basis in terms of calorie and macro allowance..0 -
No such thing as a plateau. This is a phenomenon invented in the land of the fairies by people who cant accept that they are eating at a maintenance level rather than to lose weight.0

Are you weighing and logging everything you eat?
If you're not losing or gaining then you're eating at maintenance0 -

You lost 10lbs in 2 months and you think you're at a plateau? You might be eating things that mask your weight loss and then suddenly it drops down when you shed water. That sounds like what you are describing. In which case, keep tracking accurately, make sure your calorie goals are appropriate for your new weight, and have patience.0

So you're telling me, that I can eat 1000 calories a day, and lose weight every single day? You're telling me a person eating up to, but not more than 50g of protein a day is doing perfectly fine when they're exercising? You're telling me that one's metabolic rate can not be damaged from eating too little, thus showing a pause or slow in weight loss?
Don't get me wrong, I know what you're getting at and I can agree with some statements. However, there are a number of different things that OP is and isn't doing, which overall is affecting his weight loss.
No where did I mention "starvation mode". Please go eat 200 calories a day, and tell me again how "There's really no such thing as eating "too little":0
