Stool movement?
I have noticed that I'm having bowel movents every 3 days or so. Is this normal and how often is yours? I heard that our body is using more nutrients now that we are eating healthier fats compared to carbs and processed stuff thus making less waste to expell. Is this true at all? What do you do to move your bowels?

Is this a good lunch?
For lunch I'm having a 8 ounce New York Strip steak with grilled squash on the side plus half an avacado. Steak comes out to about 540 calories, 36g fat and 60 protein if going by mfp database

New to this
So are there any type of fats to avoid? I love beef and eat a 85/15 cut and also chicken and pork chop. I also eat Avocados and some nuts. I also use coconut oil to cook everything. Can yall give me some ideas on what to avoid if I'm making a mistake?

High Fat Low Carbs
I recently looked into this method and by what I saw and heard it makes sense. Has anyone on here had success? If I did High fat Low carb my daily intake would be a 50% fat or 100G, 30% protein and 20% carbs which is 90g. Is this a good area to start? Any suggestions?
