Gaining Muscle Size

Ok guys who are bulking. I'm trying to gain size to my muscles so should I do so many exercises for a certain body part? Like tommorow I do shoulder and legs. On shoulder I do dumbbells shoulder press, front lateral raise, side raise and shoulder press on the machine and dumbbell shrugs. Is that too much, would it help me gain size?

    Everyone is different, so your routine may work provided your diet is on track.

    There are many ways to do it, but i would do an upper / lower split twice a week, not split any more than that.
    All it takes 3-4 heavy sets total per body part (maybe 5 for legs). Anything more than that is overkill and increases the chance of injury. So for shoulders, you could do 1 heavy set for each of those. Personally i'd swap the machine press and side raise for the machine lateral raise. Keep the DB press to work your stabilizers.
