  • Ive been trying to double check what i put in my food diary because some people have been putting the Kj in to the food data base instead of the calorie value. The kj is way way waymore than the calorie value .. ive been using the formula where you divide the kj by 4.2

  • peanuts make me fall asleep etc etc too and i have an allergy to them you should get your dr to do a allergy test the symtoms you are having could be a allergic reaction and this can be dangerous . you could be allergic to some thing in the pastry other than the flour.

  • if you really want it just be prepared to exercise it off i find if i say no to my self i end up eating way more.
  • they have nutritional info on them but do not say what the calories are, do i count the energy kj as the number of calories? wich looks to me to be way higher than what i would expect the calories to be
  • drink loads of water and add more salt to your diet make sure you streech for at least 15 mins before you exercise everytime you feel your calfs getting tight stop and streech it will eventually work and make sure you warm down too

  • I agree, support should be seeked from a Dr first !! but its good to know what other things can be done such as healthy food intake and what these food are, i find it particualry empowering to take contol of the things that i can like what goes into my body, generally its easier just to munch on such things as bag of chips…
  • thanks guys much appricated that you have taken the time to respond, might try cutting down my diet then readding things, i know that when you have food allergys this can lead to fatique sindrome wich hense can lead to depression, sometimes i wonder how much of depression is actually caused by all the crap in our foods.
