One is for only night... you are supposed to take it before bedtime... but since I dont eat for drink anything before bed I was wondering if it could be used at other times of the day...

I would like to start eating breakfast because it helps with my headaches/ migraines. I do not eat lunch until 1pm and I start work at 7am. If I do not eat something I get horrible headaches but eating actual food in the morning doesnt help.

While going GF I sometimes have the need to binge but I make a healthy GF granola bar and eat that to get my "carb fix" I also have a tendency to eat Glutino pretzel sticks. They actually taste amazing and also help with my "carb fix".

I have been on and off GF a few times. Every time I do it I feel so much better! my headaches almost completely disappear, I no longer have horrible stomach cramps (gas, bloating etc), I also feel like I am sleeping better. The sad thing is I have cut my mayo use down by about 80%. I use it less often and I use less on everything but I still need quite a bit in order to eat and enjoy certain things. And I have no problem substituting things because I may enjoy the new way better.

I might have to try light mayo. I'm not a fan of regular mustard but maybe a spicy mustard would be better. I don't use dressings on my salads so I don't have any extra calories from that :) Thank you all for your responses. I really appreciate it!

I already know what I wish to achieve. I want to start toning up and losing inches. I'm steadily losing weight but I'm am not really losing any upper body inches. I have VERY flabby arms and upper body and I'm looking to tone them up.

"Toxins" as in extra sodium that can and will make your body bloat and hold on to water. Did I say anything about spending money? I said to drink extra water to flush out the extra TOXINS and yes I am once again saying toxins because all of our bodies have them.

Don't let the gain bother you. It could be a number of things. It could be water weight, extra sodium or that sandwich still sitting in your tummy. I eat whatever I want pretty much whenever I want (in moderation of course) and I'm having no problem meeting my calorie goals and losing weight. I love my coffee too. I used to just dump creamer and drink away. I could drink an entire pot in the morning before work. That is a ton of wasted calories. I am 5'2 and currently 166. I wear a size 8/10 in American Eagle jeans (I think they tend to run a little larger) and in other brands usually a 12/14 (I can almost comfortably fit into a 10/12). I am also very top heavy and I do not have a butt haha. So that also plays into my pants size.
