HI - I'm 5 ft 3.5" count me in! Got 30 pounds to lose, I spin 3-4 times per week, also doing C25k, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, and try to clock 20minutes on the elliptical a few times a week -- its a long process ha!

Stairs - done!! woo.. (don't know how to log it though as did it on my bottom step in the house not @ the gym!)

I used to drink up to 5 cans a day, quit cold turkey and lasted a week until some friends brought a bottle of it round, I'm so bad even first thing in the morning I crave it. Hopefully when this bottle is gone I'll revert back to having none at all. Coke zero is better than diet coke though.. Think it's got no citric acid…

Nearly there! So tired, did spinning and a run this morning then the shred, must say level3 (other than the jumps) seems easier... Or is that just because we are getting fitter??

I think I've decided on C25k + Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, so going to do another round of 30DS but drop a day of spinning and incorporate those two 3 days a week.. but not one after the other, will focus on one in morning and one in evening. Need to shock my body! Thanks for all your help - hopefully you'll be seeing me…

Got L3 left so far bit more toned on my arms, a few pounds lost and around an inch off each arm, leg, hips, waist etc. I do spinning 3/4 times a week too and eat fairly clean.

L2 D6 completed! This is only my first round is it still okay to post? Not had a day off. Will be doing another 30 days straight after- do you think this will create a plateau though?

This must be the 5th time I'm doing 30DS but I've never reached the end, I'm on day 6 of level one and have included spinning 5 days a week too - trying to stay positive and not give up so I can see the end of level 3!

I think my problem is feeling complacent after loosing then gaining massively by just eating healthy but incorporating carbs - if I lost 10pound by the end of the month I'd be very happy!

Thanks - I've done 30DS for months on and off and never finished it- so making it my mission now! How much weight/inches have you lost on shred so far? I'm punishing myself so that if I miss a day I've got to do it twice the next day.. I just have to get my head round the fact that I won't give up this time :laugh:
