My view is every 10lb - but after the first 'reward' it took me ages to get the gain back off so my reward is a meal not a full day.. Good luck :-)

My weapon is the same (no salts or sauces) and I'm going to focus on both options- goig to try and do both every day (go on holiday in 10 days) so I really need to push myself!!

Yep, I usually do it after spin or on my spin class days off I'll do my run then go on the elliptical for 20 minutes & maybe try and squeeze a Jillian dvd later in the day

Yeah had porridge with honey for breakfast the past two days. Made myself eat in the mornings as don't want to make myself worse etc

Congrats, I've tried many diets and the only one that works for me is no carbs.. But I do have carbohydrates for breakfast (in limited amount) to get my calcium & fibre for the day - I think in terms of diet, it's whatever works for you. I'd love to be a person who can eat a wholewheat waffle for breakfast and not put on…

I've picked the 2nd one (already done my run, weights will be completed in a couple of hours). My secret weapon is poison, and I'll be avoiding Salts & any type of bottled sauce this week to stay away from my own poisons :-) Happy challenging!
