I'm thinking of doing it on Wednesday and Thursday to make up for the 2 days I missed because of my shoulder. That'll work out anyway since Friday is my weigh-in day.0

L3D29 DONE!!!! One more day and I have finished 2 rounds 30 days straight each round! I never knew I had it in me to not slack off!! Thanks Sabrina if it werent for you i may have slacked!!! haha0

Well done! I've not finished yet as had food poisoning.. Hoping to be back on track tomorrow! Count me in for round 3 ( my second round)0

And the results are in!!! Not nearly as good as the 12inchs and 9lbs i lost the first time but Im happy with it!
Day 1---Day 30
Weight--- 160---155=5lbs
Arms--- 12---12=same
Bust---37---36.5=.5
Up Waist--- 33---32=1
Lw Waist--- 39.5---36.5=3
Hips--- 42---41=1
Thighs--- 25---24=1
Calves--- 15---14.5=.5
For a total of 5lbs & 7inch!!!! add that to the 9lbs & 12inch from last time and you have one happy girl that loves the shred!!! =]0 -

Great job, Kristyn! No workout for me today. Spent the day at the beach and when I got back, the hubby told me that if he gets off work early enough tomorrow, we're leaving for vacation tomorrow instead of Friday. So of course, I had to spend the rest of the day doing laundry, cleaning and getting stuff ready. So I'm gonna try to get up early and get one last day in tomorrow.0

l3d10 done! So it was really like a 28 Day Shred for me. lol Here are my results.
weight: 207 weight: 195.8
bust: 44" bust: 42"
waist: 36 1/2" waist: 35"
hips: 45" hips: 44"
thighs: 25 1/2" thighs: 25"
So that's a loss of 11.2 lbs and 5 1/2 inches. Now I kinda wish I had taken more measurements. lol0 -

I bought No More Trouble Zones, so I'm gonna probably work on that for a while. Don't want my body to get used to the same thing.0

Today was D6L1. The first 4-5 days, my arms looked like they were toning up but then I noticed my arms look like before I started the workout. Big and wobbly. I'm assuming that this is water retention. Did you experience this? I'm assuming this is normal and hopefully it will drop off. ^^0
