    that's great! But just wondering- what's behaviour therapy?

    Congrats!

    Behavior Therapy is something you can do on an individual basis or in a group setting but it is for individuals that have eating disorders or other addictions and need to be taught how to deal with their emotions instead of turning to their addiction.

    1. Strong Support System
    2. Strength Training
    3. Proper Nutrition
    4. Cardiovascular Exercise
    5. Behavior Therapy
    6. Determination To Succeed
