Does he actually need to meet his calorie intake??

Thanks guys. I should also mention that he just can't get into the snacking thing. Neither of us can really. I think in order to sustain weight loss we need to come up with a meal solution. I'm just praying he doesn't burn thousands of calories on thurs with his badminton session :frown:

Have you ever made Shakshuka? It's a middle eastern dish that is uber low fat but can tehn be plumped up with thick slices of bread, babaganoush, salads etc. Here's a really good recipe... try it, it's awesome!!! http://smittenkitchen.com/2010/04/shakshuka/

My boyfriend tried the Jenny Craig diet a while ago and was really disappointed by the quality of food. It claims to be a foodies diet but no foodie would be happy eating out of packets 3 times a day, no matter how many vegetables you are allowed to pile on in addition. I haven't been practising for about 10 years now! My family are orthodox though and it's been a very hard journey for them to watch me 'go off the rails' (I'd like to add…

1200 calories and no exercise would still lose you weight, but not so healthily and probably not in the long term. By eating what you exercise off you're mainting the 1200 calories, so you'll still lose weight, but you'll feel better, look healthier and get thinner whilst eating more than if you sat on a couch. win, win!

everyone is being very British about it so we're not allowed to discuss it with my mum because she gets very upset I'm 'marrying out' and then my dad goes nuts for making her cry. So we pretend there's nothing wrong, go to dinner and discuss weather etc. They're allowed to be rude enough to publicly announce they're not…

We've set our date for Sept 1st and don't get me started on the mother... mine's not even coming!!! My parents disapprove of my choice in fiance because he isn't the same religion as them. That's brought a whole world of problems with it! All I can do is concentrate on losing the weight, loving my man and getting married.…
