It costs like $8. But looks cool. Just wanted to make sure first. I'm cancelling my weight watchers

That's a good point! I didn't even think of that. How long do you find that your garmin lasts after a full charge?

Thank you

How would I track the workout if I wanted to do "water Zumba" ? any ideas? Because I notice the water options are asking for laps and stuff. Thanks

Hey everyone! I have tried shakeology and have been drinking it full time since January  I've formed my own opinion and have come to the conclusion that I am willing to spend that kind of of money because I've noticed a few things... My sleep has improved (I used to be restless 20-25 times a night), my cravings are…

wow this thread is still active lol I bought it, waiting for it to come in the mail. I'm going to test it for myself and see how it is and if I wasted money...then oh well! lol Thanks for everyone's input!

Noticed that after asking what I thought was a simple question, turned into a lot of angry posts. I'm not replacing a meal, I just figured It'd help me feel internally healthy and possibly give more energy for work outs. I'm starting to see that it depends on the person. I'm not worried about the cost. It's expensive yes,…

Oh I won't be selling it.

Thank you!!! Exactly! I am considering trying it. I didn't know about the scam thing about people asking them to do it or what ever. I just wanted peoples reviews who have tried it. how they liked or didn't like it before I decide to try it.... thanks
-
ya for sure. I think I'll just do the work out then. I just figured maybe it'd help working out giving energy n all that jazz. I wasn't going to use it as a meal replacement
-
thanks fitlady
-
thanks to those who gave reviews, bad or good but I liked the reviews on people who said they tried it and either liked or hated it. that's what I'm looking for... people who tried it and how they liked or didn't like it. appreciated!

I do weight watchers so no, I don't log on here.
-
review means you've tried it and your experience. Opinion is just someone that is againt it and doesn't have a real insight on it. ^^^
-
Can I get real reviews and not just opinions please? thanks
-
so what I'm reading is that the fitbit is great to get active and tracker everything but if I work out, just use an actual hrm watch? :) sounds like they dont have one that has it ALL yet lmao

Great stories guys! I found after I quit, I can taste salt in food now!. I read a comment about how things taste boring without salt. This is from the addiction. When I was addicted to salt, everything tasted "bla" and everything "Needed!" salt. Now that I have stopped....Clean since April 2011 lol. I can taste the salt in…
