hi from a 50 year old British yo-yo dieter. Good luck with your efforts despite your injury. I had a shin/calf injury during June and had to limit my exercise to low impact (love running and anything cardio) but fortunately managed to stay on track. Maintenance is so hard and finding a sympathetic ear is difficult.

hi I love body combat. I'm 5'6 and 162 pounds. I wear my Polar FT7 HRM and burn around 600 calls in class.

I have a polar FT7 and always take the calorie burn from that as being most accurate as the treadmill always shows a different reading.

I have this - only recently diagnosed. I love fresh fruit and veg too. The doctor told me it may be just during this pollen season that I react to certain things.

hi quilteryoyo :smile: I know what you mean about the motivation thing. I do well with the exercise but don't always log my food. However this week has been good and I feel back on track. I usually run in the gym but ventured out this morning (hilly where I live) and ran 5k in 29 mins so happy with that. I'm looking to…
