Im a teen and am also busy with highschool, so what i do is get home and drink some black coffee. Sit and look at motivational stuff and then do Insanity. After that, I am free for hw and studying. It may result in long nights, but hey if you want that body, you gotta earn it.

My schedule got screwed up and i was on day two. So im gonna restart tomorrow, hopefully i can do better.

About to start day 4, my elbows been bothering me but I'm gonna dig deep and do my best. No pain, no gain!

Day 4 and I screwed up my elbow. I can barely move it. I'm gonna do my best today and hopefully nothing goes wrong.

I did like 3 weeks of p90x but that wasn't working out for me so i tried insanity and i sweat so much! I'm about to do Cardio Power and Resistance. I hope I can keep up with the video because yesterday I ran out of gas in the middle.
