How is everyone liking the DVD so far? I really like it, and it def is a great workout. I think Jillian does a great job explaining correct form also. Do any of you ladies have a HRM that counts calories? I was wondering how to log it since it s a 3-2-1 system?

I feel the exact same way! I rarely hit the 1200 mark while eating healthy and I am full, but still trying to figure out what else to eat to hit the mark! Thanks for the info!

This sounds great! I am new to MFP, and would love a support group! I am 31, married mother of a 5yo girl. I weigh 145lbs and would like to loose 10-15lbs and tone.
