I eat 1500 net, (walking and horse riding as exercise). No candy but wine every night. Portion control and lean choices are key. Diary is open. Not hungry ever. Not bored either.

Rice cake with 1tbs of peanut butter and a banana. 240 calories, delicious and filling!

Withdrawal of allergens causes headaches. Drink water, sleep for a while and don't quit the diet!

I eat quesadillas & fruit. I put 3 corn tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds, then top each with a thin sliced piece of meat & split a slice of cheese among the 3. Heat another 20 seconds, fold over & eat. Fruit is an apple or orange or grapefruit or double handful of grapes or cherries. My snack is trail mix. MFP…
