The Spicy Beef Gigantic Burrito sounds like the Big Juan Burrito with Seasoned Beef add Mexi Fries. The calories for the Big Juan is 630 and the calories for a small Mexi Fries is 270. I would say you ate about 1000 calories.

It looks good to me, under calories and fits your micros, looks pretty healthy too - but you dinner meal is very small. Two crackers and cream cheese is not really a meal, more like a snack. I would bulk it up by adding some type of lean meat and either fruits or veggies.
