  • I ended up taking yesterday off but finished D23 today. The rockstar kicks are still so tough but I'm hoping they will get easier with each day.
  • D22 done and was a wee bit easier than yesterday. I was still a little sore going into it so I didn't know how I'd do but I think my muscles actually feel less sore now than they did earlier today.
  • I was just looking at this plan and I saw that it has No More Trouble Zones on some days and then Quick Trouble Zones on other. Do you know what the difference is between these two listings?
  • I've been trying to decide what to do next also. I've been contemplating doing this again but staying with Natalie or doing another Jillian Michaels DVD. It's been suggested I try P90X however from my one experience with it I'm still a little scared of it and it's hard for me to find 90 minutes of time to spend exercising…
  • D21 done and finished. I am wiped out but I love this level as well. The rockstar kicks kill me but I'm sure by the end of the next 9 days I'll have them going at least a little bit better than they are now.
  • Just finished D20 and decided to go ahead to L3 tonight. It was absolutely a tough workout but I was very pleased that I was able to hang with Natalie more than I have before. I even stayed up off my knees for the walking plank. I don't think I could have even been close to being able to do that 20 days ago.
  • Finished D19L2 a little earlier this evening. I took a sneak peak at L3 and I'm feeling confident that I can do most of it although a few of the moves are clearly going to be challenging.
  • I haven't tried L3 yet...I'll be moving to it in a couple days. However, I did find that L2 seemed easier to me than L1. I had wondered if it was because I had built up my endurance with the first level. I'm hoping to find a similar transition when I move to L3.
  • Completed D18L2 this morning. I'm actually looking forward to L3 in a couple days. I took yesterday off partly cause I was so tired from dancing a good portion of the day with my first graders. Nothing like preparing a dance for a performance to keep you moving even more than first graders normally keep you going...lol. I…
  • I'm on day 16 of the 30-day shred.and the first couple days were miserable. I did level one for 10 days and I'll switch to level 3 on day 21. So far I have lost 8 pounds and I have lost 3 1/2" on my waist. I've been definitely encouraged to continue to program and would recommend it to anyone.
  • I forgot to post last night when I finished D16L2. Over the halfway mark! I was so excited this morning though when I took weight and measurements. I'm done a total for 8 pounds since starting and my waist has shrunk 3 1/2 inches! I had to take the measurement a few times before I actually believed it was true...lol. It…
  • I think this will be going on my next weekly menu list. Sounds yummy!
  • Thank you for posting these great ideas!
  • I love this idea! Recently, I heard on a podcast I was listening to that the average size of plates has increased by several inches since the 1950s. It was suggested that by using small plates it tricks your brain into thinking you have more food. I had thought about looking for a set of smaller dishes. Silly me never…
  • The DVD has three levels that follow the same basic pattern of level one: warm-up, 3 circuits of strength, cardio, and abs, and then a cooldown. There are a couple threads of groups that are doing this DVD now on here. The one I'm on is doing 10 days at each level for 30 days. Some are staying at level one until they…
  • That's awesome that you were able to stay with Natalie for so long! I'm still with Anita most of the time but I'm getting. there slow but surely. Congrats on the lost inches!!
  • I finished D15L2 tonight and I'm pretty excited that I've made it half way through! I'm still hanging with Anita most of the way but following Natalie at times. I'm actually starting to look forward to moving on to the next level. Crazy!
  • D14 at L2 done. :)
  • I have a similar situation. My second son is now 2 1/2 and I've come to grips that I have to do something about the extra weight I gained with him and my now 13 year old son. In no way is any of it baby fat anymore. :-/ I'm also trying to lose about 50 pounds and I have been very encouraged to stay on track with this site.…
  • D13 L2 done and feeling tired but really good! :)
  • I've been off sodas for a little over a month. I had thought I'd miss it but really it doesn't even faze me at all now. I have to agree with many of the other posters, I feel so much better and less bloated now that I'm not taking in the sodas.
  • I'll be adding that to my shopping list this weekend. Yum!
  • Finished my first run of L2 on D11. I'm pretty excited cause it was definitely a workout but I was able to keep up with Anita and only took two 5 second breaks. I'm feeling tired but okay atm...we'll have to see how I feel in the morning though. My 2 year old seemed facinated by the exercises and seemed to enjoy doing the…
  • What an awesome and supportive boyfriend! I'll be doing Level 2 for the first time tonight. I'm both looking forward and dreading it...lol.
  • Finished D9 tonight and I was getting a little worried about moving on to L2. I decided to watch it after I finished my workout tonight and was a little encouraged. It looks like it will be tough but doable. No doubt I'll be sore but I think I'll be ready to move to L2 on D11. :)
  • That looks like it would be a good for quick breakfast item to prepare on the weekend for those crazy morning rushes out the door.
  • That's awesome! I've always thought he was very cute and intelligent as well...major bonus!
  • I always work out barefoot as well. I never thought there was anything wrong with it.
  • I tend to go over most days as well. I was wondering what I should do about it as well.
  • Fantastic! I'm going to be trying this one out this weekend!
