add me to everyone, I sent a few requests to people here as well,, Keto, atkins, low carb friends, I belong to all 3 groups, down close to 80 pounds since Februrary of this year doing the Keto diets

one year we did have a "low carb" thanksgiving with mock mashed taters, pumpkin pie ( almond crust), stuff like that, this year I have a goal of staying in Ketosis right up till thanksgiving and taking the day off, then back onto atkins induction on Friday

dont do the banana if you want to Keto diet, you will bump out of ketosis for sure, you would be better off to calorie count if fruit is something you desire, the other suggestions here for the cramps are the same as I would suggeset

I am glad you picked up the slack for the month of October, I am with ya! doing day 5 of induction, well i guess I am always on induction, ( I had a carb meal last friday night for dinner), so that broke the old streak, good to be here

well the month is over, I hope everyone had a good month, I made some headway, but did not make the lofty goals I had set forth to make, I am happy with the pace of things, I think by not going to fast it will be permanant weight loss, see you all in October!

today I almost caved into some carb temptations but I DIDNT!!! HAHA take that you lousy carbs,, I went down another notch on the belt this morning, and got some pants out of the storage that are another size smaller,, oh this is fun

When I am not hungry, I dont eat, pretty simple, but when am I not hungry,, lol, hunger is greatly reduced on Keto/atkins for me, thankfully

Most of us in the atkins groups use the FAT FAST to break off of stalls / platues , it works wonderful and weight lose happens everytime on it, atkins put this tool in his older books, have you tried this ?,, here is a good web page about it, with simple recipies, http://www.carbsmart.com/fatfast.html hope this thelps

having a carb up meal or half day is something I have used as a useful tool all along, make sure its something you plan on after a great week on the scale, so its a reward of sorts, no guilt no pain, and back on the program you go, so its actually part of the program

Great job semifrido its a good tool to use when we have too, cookiing for family members is something many of just have to do, being able to seperate what they eat from what we eat is something that has to be mastered to be successful
