i typically do one cheat meal per week, not a whole day, just one meal or maybe a 2 hour period, it doesnt seem to slow down my weight loss, and it makes me feel good, knowing I can have that one meal , also prevents stalls for me

I find the almond flour tastes so much better than soy, i cant seem to find soy flour that is not bitter,, good stuff there for sure

good scale, I find I cannot get into ketosis if I go over 20 grams per day, the chat lists me at 41 grams per day, but I guess its differant per person depending on how carb sensative you are, in most keto books they take the carb grams down very very low

are you doing new Atkins or old Atkins? My guess is your doing new if your eating the y bars? Get your hands on one of his old books, really different program, it's not filled with all of those net carbs

oh gosh, the smell of baked goods, bread , doughnuts, cookies,, UGH, i am in the middle of a solid long low carb run, and gosh yes my nose can sniff out just about everything I cant have,, lol

The local library used to have Lyle's book "the ketogenic diet", along the way someone never returned it, I got to read it a few times, that was one of the most accurate medical type books on Ketosis I have ever read, I wish I could get my hands on another one
